Impossible boss, extremely rude because the food was put together, she complained that this messed up the kitchen and in a very gruff tone! Greetings from the kitchen, was probably already on another table. If I didn't have to give a star, I would really give 0 stars. You should really think about whether you have to go here. Excessive ..... One ordered water, got 0.75. Definitely avoid my recommendation.

The kitchen is a poem. The asparagus dishes are great. The boiled fillet melts on the tongue. And the medallions are 1a. It is prepared and served here with love and dedication.

A very special experience. The food was exquisite, the cheese a homage to savoir-vivre. I very much liked the clear offer of regional wines in favor of international offers. The service is also particularly noteworthy. How this always works is present without being pushy and creating a feeling like a mother pampering program is incomprehensible to me, but I enjoyed it.

Small but very fine restaurant on the historic market square in Nierstein. The French chef serves excellent dishes that skilfully combine fine German cuisine with French flair. My favorite is the boiled fillet with horseradish sauce. Delicious! The wine selection focuses on Nierstein and the surrounding area and has a few good wines.

Very average. The food for these prices was just ok, everything tasted neutral, without salt and spices. Over 1 hour waiting time !!! You have the feeling that you are sitting in the kitchen ... the sounds and smells are unbearable. The clothes now only stink of food. Very small card. Very well selected wines, but unfortunately very expensive by Nierstein standards.

The food u. Operation is still very good. The wines are selected and well sorted. We can only recommend the oasis of pleasure. But you usually have to R. reserve, otherwise you hardly have a chance to catch one of the coveted places. But it's worth it.

We would have liked to assess the quality of the dishes and wines at the end of August 2019, but since we were informed at 2 p.m. that the kitchen did not want to prepare anything for four people, we were unfortunately unable to do so. The blackboard at the entrance said that the kitchen was open until 2:30 p.m., but apparently only from an undefined minimum turnover? With all the understanding of stress, especially in the catering trade, I find the way in which we were put off very annoying. It remains with me the impression that sales (which, incidentally, we delivered, including wine shopping, about 100m away and also comfortable and enjoyable) can also be dispensed with, which is a good sign for the economy, but not for the hospitality.

Stumbled upon Civitas tonight and enjoyed a delightful dinner in a private room upstairs. Friendly and gracious service, even with my imperfect German. Food was excellent. Highly recommended.
